Wilson College is a private, Presbyterian-related, liberal arts women's college located in Chambersburg, which is a borough in the South Central region of the US state of Pennsylvania, serving as the county seat of Franklin County, with a population of more than 18 300 inhabitants, at the time of the 2008 census.
The college was established in 1869, being founded by two Presbyterian ministers, and gets its name from its first major donor, Sarah Wilson of nearby St. Thomas Township, Pennsylvania.
